Unión de Pequeños Agricultores y Ganaderos (UPA) is organising a practical Workshop, along with the AgRimate project, with field visits and testing of the Exoskeleton!
There are many challenges in the agricultural sector, specifically when it comes to pruning, such as high physical demands and exhaustion, as well as an aging workforce. The AgRimate Project is focused on tackling these problems with high end technology that assists the workers, helping them with heavy tasks, without replacing their importance. These solutions will be tailored to the specific needs of the farmers, to ensure that their requirements remain as the focal point.
During the workshop, the participants will be able to get to know how the Exoskeleton works, test it, and most importantly, give their feedback and perspective on its efficiency, benefits and challenges.
